TUESDAY - September, 1

 

12 hours : - Reception  for the writers who arrived from outside,  handing them the key for

their room, as well as credentials, folder, and the fourth bilingual book of the collection CIELE-ICWEL that contains all participant’s papers, in English and Spanish. All that will be given particularly to each writer, at his arrival.

14 hours : - Lunch

20 hours:  - OPENING OF THE XI CONVENTION :

                     with lecture of the President welcome paper, songs, dance and guitar.

21 hours : - Supper

 

WEDNESDAY - September, 2

  9 hours : - Breakfast

  9 h. 30 :   - First lecture of the day + debate, and/or the presentation of a book

10 h. 30 :  - Second lecture + debate,  and/or the presentation of a book

11 h. 30 :  - Third lecture + debate, and/or the presentation of a book

12 h. 30 :  - Fourth lecture + debate, and/or the presentation of a book

14 hours : - Lunch

17 h. 00 : -  Fifth lecture + debate, and/or the presentation of a book

THURSDAY - September, 3

   8 h. 15 : - Breakfast, and then:

Whole day excursion to BENALÚA OF GUADIX: a village where many inhabitants still live in grotto-houses. We will visit one, belonging to the family of our poet and dancing artist, Mercedes Reina. The Cultural Department of the place will receive and accompany us to a local to give an international poetical recital. A guide will show us the more typical spots and surroundings. Lunch will be at a restaurant.

 

 

FRIDAY - September, 4

  9 hours : - Breakfast

  9 h. 30 :   - First lecture of the day + debate, and/or the presentation of a book

10 h. 30 :  - Second lecture + debate,  and/or the presentation of a book

SATERDAY – September, 5

Free Day to visit Málaga. Each attendant to the Convention will be given a 24 hours valid ticket for the red MÁLAGA TOUR cultural bus, which stops to all most typical spots. This ticket allows you to enter and exit the bus when and where you like, during the full day.

Tickets at your name would be waiting for you at the reception of the Museum PICASSO.

 

SUNDAY – September, 6

    9 hours : - Breakfast

  9 h. 30 :   - First lecture of the day + debate, and/or the presentation of a book

10 h. 30 :  - Second lecture + debate,  and/or the presentation of a book

11 h. 30 :  - Third lecture + debate, and/or the presentation of a book

12 h. 30 :  - Fourth lecture: Juana Inés de la Cruz, and presentation of the book DEL SILENCIO

Whole day excursion to RONDA (Province of Málaga): There, we will give an international poetical recital, and we will have a guide to show us the more typical spots of the place. We will have lunch at a restaurant.

N.B. When you confirm your attendance to the XI Convention, you will be given date and hour for the lecture of your paper.
